考察了钾盐修饰的KX分子筛作为固体碱对碳酸丙烯酯和甲醇酯交换反应合成碳酸二甲酯的催化性能 .结果表明 ,催化活性随着负载钾盐的种类的不同而变化 ,KOH/KX和K2 CO3 /KX给出了高的碳酸丙烯酯转化率和碳酸二甲酯产率 .XRD ,FTIR和TPD表征表明 ,催化剂的碱性主要来源于钾盐与KX表面的反应 ,相应于 6 78K以上催化剂的甲酸TPD峰对应的碱性位是酯交换反应的活性位 .
The catalytic activity of KX zeolite modified by potassium salt as solid base for transesterification of propylene carbonate and methanol to dimethyl carbonate was investigated.The results showed that the catalytic activity varied with the type of potassium salt loaded.KOH / KX and K 2 CO 3 / KX gives high conversions of propylene carbonate and dimethyl carbonate.The XRD, FTIR and TPD characterizations indicate that the basicity of the catalyst is mainly due to the reaction of the potassium salt with the KX surface, corresponding to more than 6 78 K The basic position corresponding to the TPD peak of formic acid of the catalyst is the active site of the transesterification reaction.
