用(51)Cr标记U14腹水癌细胞后移植于小鼠的足垫,动态检测了(51)Cr在体内的分布及释放规律,同时用病理切片观察癌细胞的转移过程。结果:①(51)Cr作为示踪剂标记肿瘤细胞,可作为检测动物癌细胞转移的方法,并比病理切片早获得转移的信息。②本文较详细地检测了(51)Cr在体内的分布序列及排泄规律。③肿瘤细胞的繁殖能力越强,浓集(51)Cr的能力也越强;并且这些浓集的(51)Cr可随着细胞的分裂而转移给予细胞;癌细胞变性、坏死后代谢降低,浓集(51)Cr的能力减弱或丧失。这可借以判断实验治疗的效果。
Cr (51) Cr was used to label U14 ascites tumor cells and then transplanted into the foot pad of mice to dynamically detect the distribution and release of (51) Cr in vivo. This can be used to determine the effect of experimental treatment.
