自全国人大授权最高人民检察院在部分地区开展公益诉讼试点工作以来,试点地区检察机关积极探索和实践,积累了开展公益诉讼特别是开展行政公益诉讼的经验。本文以毕节市七星关区人民检察院为例,通过分析检察机关提起行政公益诉讼的现状,论证检察机关提起行政公益诉讼的机遇;阐述检察机关提起行政公益诉讼在实践中存在的问题与挑战,并就如何抓住机遇面对挑战提出可行性建议。

This article takes Qixingguan District People's Procuratorate of Bijie City as an example, analyzes the current situation of procuratorate instituting administrative public interest litigation, proves the opportunity of prosecutorial organ instituting administrative public interest litigation, expounds the problems and challenges in the practice of procuratorial organ bringing administrative public interest litigation, Put forward feasible suggestions on how to seize the opportunities and face the challenges.
