共青团干的工作能力水平间接或直接地影响技校德育教育效果,本文将结合技校共青团干现况,结合实际情况,分析新时期下技校共青团干所应具备的综合能力有哪些,并提出培养建议。
The level of working ability of Communist Youth League cadres indirectly or directly affects the effect of moral education in technical schools. Based on the status quo of the Communist Youth League in technical schools and the actual conditions, this article analyzes what comprehensive capabilities the Communist Youth League cadres in technical schools should have in the new period and puts forward some suggestions.
