本文结合学校实践,通过凝练办学思想、继承文化遗产、组建师生社团、丰富文化内涵等明晰办学理念,打造文化之校;通过深化校企合作、开展案例研究、拓展督导职能等方式创新人才培养模式,提高育人质量。笔者从文化建设、人才培养两方面探究了提高五年制高职办学质量,推进五年制高职科学发展的方法。
Based on the practice of the school, this paper tries to clarify the idea of running a school by inheriting the cultural heritage, establishing the community of teachers and students, enriching the cultural connotation, and building a school of culture through innovating the thinking of running a school, innovating the personnel training by deepening the cooperation between school and enterprise, carrying out case studies and expanding the supervision function Model, improve the quality of educating people. The author explores ways to improve the quality of running a five-year vocational college and promote the scientific development of a five-year vocational college from the aspects of cultural construction and personnel training.
