本文针对当前我国政府职能履行中存在的政府职能的越位、缺位,管理水平滞后、工作效率低下等主要问题,提出:首先,应厘清政府职能的角色定位;其次,政府职能的转变应从万能政府向有限政府转变,要从一个干预型政府转变成一个服务政府;第三,强化政府的宏观管理职能,加快行政管理体制改革,建设服务型政府。
