开启高效快乐的课堂之门在于教师,未知知识的探索之路在于学生。美国教育家杜威曾说:“教师的首要任务是唤起学生求知的兴趣,激发对知识探究的热情,还要促进学生之间互相欣赏,满足了学生的相互尊重与自我尊重的需要。”《学记》中也提到:“相观而善。”意思就是说同学间要相互交流自己的学习方法,以便同学间互相学习、互相促进。在数学教学过程中,我发现学生刚开始接触数学时对数学充满了好奇心,而一段时间后,学生的兴趣下降了,课堂的教学效率就不太高。
