目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症(OSAHS)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响,提高OSAHS与糖尿病关系的认识。方法 140例2型糖尿病患者进行多导睡眠监测。根据呼吸睡眠暂停低通气指数(AHI)将糖尿病患者分为OSAHS组和非OSAHS组。收集患者一般资料,检测Hcy、糖代谢等指标并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),比较两组参数差异。结果 T2DM伴OSAHA组患者血Hcy水平显著高于无OSAHA组(P<0.001);将血Hcy与AHI作Pearson相关分析,显示Hcy与AHI呈正相关;多元线性回归模型校正其他因素后,仍显示AHI是血Hcy的独立预测因子。结论伴OSAHS的T2DM患者有高的Hcy,且与OSAHS相关。
Objective To investigate the effect of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAHS) on the level of homocysteine (Hcy) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients and to improve the understanding of the relationship between OSAHS and diabetes mellitus. Methods 140 cases of type 2 diabetes were monitored by polysomnography. Diabetic patients were divided into OSAHS group and non-OSAHS group according to respiration sleep apnea-hypopnea index (AHI). General data of patients were collected, Hcy, glucose metabolism and other indicators were measured and HOMA-IR was calculated, and the differences of parameters between the two groups were compared. Results The Hcy level in patients with T2DM with OSAHA was significantly higher than that without OSAHA (P <0.001). Pearson correlation analysis between Hcy and AHI showed that Hcy was positively correlated with AHI. After adjusting for other factors, AHI Is an independent predictor of Hcy in blood. Conclusions T2DM patients with OSAHS have high Hcy and are associated with OSAHS.
