采用 Beckman 系统分析法和 ELISA 法对30例急性根尖周炎患者循环抗体水平进行了测定,结果显示 IgG,IgA,IgM 值正常而 IgE 值升高,表明急性根尖周炎的发生很可能与 I 型变态反应有关。采用直接凝集法和 ELISA 法对其中 IgE 值明显升高的8例血清与其感染根管内厌氧菌的特异性进行了测定,结果表明感染根管内厌氧菌能使宿主致敏,但由于是内源性感染,宿主的免疫应答趋于平衡,引起血中 IgE 升高的特异抗原有待进一步查明。
The serum levels of circulating antibodies in 30 patients with acute periodontitis were measured by Beckman system analysis and ELISA. The results showed that IgG, IgA, IgM values were normal and IgE values were elevated, indicating that acute periapical periodontitis may be associated with Type I allergy related. Direct agglutination and ELISA were used to determine the specificity of 8 cases of serum with elevated IgE value and anaerobes in infected root canals. The results showed that anaerobic bacteria in infected root can sensitize the host, but due to Is an endogenous infection, the host immune response tends to balance, cause elevated blood IgE specific antigen to be further identified.
