测定13例脑出血和20例脑血栓形成病人CSF中β_2-m、IgG和Alb的含量。和14例正常对照组CSF中β_2-m值相比,前者的β_2-m值显著高于后者,并与其自身血清β_2-m值呈正相关(P<0.05)。脑出血组的CSF中,β_2-m与IgG、Alb值并无相关性,而后两者则呈正相关(P<0.05)。在脑血栓形成组的CSF中,以上三者的关系则刚相反。联系其他有关β_2-m的研究资料,作者认为脑出血病人CSF中β_2-m升高,可能表示其病理过程中存在着中枢神经细胞介导的免疫增强现象,而这一现象在脑血栓形成病人则不显著。
The levels of β_2-m, IgG and Alb in CSF of 13 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and 20 patients with cerebral thrombosis were measured. The β_2-m of the former was significantly higher than that of the latter in the CSF of 14 normal controls (P <0.05). There was no correlation between β_2-m and IgG and Alb in the CSF of cerebral hemorrhage group, but there was a positive correlation between them (P <0.05). In the CSF of the cerebral thrombosis group, the relationship between the three is just the opposite. Contact with other research data on β_2-m, the author believes that cerebral hemorrhage CSF β_2-m increased may indicate that the pathological process of central nervous cell-mediated immune enhancement phenomenon, and this phenomenon in patients with cerebral thrombosis It is not significant.
