近年来,我国各类驾培机构教练员的队伍迅速扩大,但是教练员的执业素质教育却严重滞后,使得目前驾培行业的总体培训质量令人担忧。习近平总书记提出共建“丝绸之路经济带”的战略新构想后,各行各业摩拳擦掌,积极响应,意欲将蛋糕做大,并顺势收获跨越式发展的机会。但无人能否认这样一个现实因素,丝绸之路经济带建设的基础和前提是畅通的国际物流大通道,而此通道有“人、车、路”三个基本要素需做好源头管理,其中人的源头管理至关重要,也是当下令我国道路运输监管部门颇为头疼的难题。
