用NaClO对巴里坤湖自虫卵进行去壳处理,得到不同孵化率的卤虫去壳卵。对这些卵进行SOD同工酶的PAGE分离及反相显色表明.孵化率与SODPAGE同工酶成正相关.6个样品均表现出两条相同的带.而孵化率较高的4、5、6样品组又各多出现两条带。因此可以用SOD同工酶做为判断卤虫卵孵化率高低的一种指标.尤其适用于高孵化率的卤虫卵。
NaClO was used to peel eggs from Barkol Lake to obtain the hatching eggs with different hatching rates. Isolation of SOD isozymes from these eggs revealed that they were PAGE. Hatching rate and SODPAGE isozymes were positively correlated. All six samples showed two identical bands. The higher hatching rate of 4, 5, 6 sample groups appear more than two bands. Therefore, SOD isoenzymes can be used as an indicator to determine the hatching rate of brine shrimp eggs. Especially suitable for high hatching rate of brine eggs.
