文章在剖析现有部门外贸依存度公式基础上,用非竞争型投入产出模型重构部门外贸依存度公式。新公式克服了现有公式不能反映任一部门对其它部门外贸依赖性的缺陷。继而用新公式测算我国部门外贸依存度,与现有公式的结果相比较并进行跨国比较。结果表明,由于考虑了部门间的依赖性,新公式能准确测算部门外贸依存度;尽管我国总外贸依存度不高,但部门间的差异较大;除了传统因素,还有部门间的前向关联度可影响部门依存度。
Based on the analysis of the formula of the dependence on the foreign trade of the existing departments, the article reconstructs the formula of the department’s dependence on foreign trade with the non-competitive input-output model. The new formula overcomes the shortcomings that the existing formula can not reflect the dependence of any department on the foreign trade of other departments. Then we use the new formula to measure the degree of dependence on the foreign trade of our country, comparing with the result of the existing formula and making cross-country comparison. The results show that due to the interdepartmental dependence, the new formula can accurately measure the departmental dependence on foreign trade. Although the total dependence on foreign trade is not high, the differences among sectors are large. In addition to the traditional factors, Relevancy can affect departmental dependency.
