马钢焦化厂5″焦炉是JN-60-82型6m焦炉,采用双集气管系统、机、焦侧集气管上各有调节翻板(系定值调节系统,各自闭环自调)一块。自1991年7月投产后,集气管压力无法稳定,处于不停的振荡状态,观察到的波动值约-250～+750Pa(定值为120～160Pa),焦炉处于无休止的冒烟-吸气的呼吸状态。风机调节异常困难,不断调节入口阀的启闭,阀门电动机开停极其频繁,电气回路接点多次被烧坏,鼓风机入口阀的轴杯丝套已有磨损。为此,我们
