在各地博物馆生存危机逐渐加剧,经济上的落后严重束缚了博物馆文化事业发展的今天,再空谈变革,已经没有意义。观念的滞后必然会制约变革,旧时的管理模式已不再适应社会主义市场经济的发展,再不改革博物馆“一等、二靠、三伸手”的老传统,而代之以“找、干、创”的新概念,文博事业的发展就是一句空话。 愚意以为:博物馆拥有在实践中经过锻炼,长期从事民俗陈列、民俗调研的专业人员,一定数量的文物藏品和专业书籍,众多的科研成果,因此,不应该仅仅满足于为馆内的陈列调研服务,而应该利用自身的这些优势,走出博物馆,将民俗文化送上社会,投入市场,从实际出发,抓信息,揽业务,进行生产性开发。博物馆可以、而且应该向社会输出信息、技术、资料,为社会主义市场服务,最大限度地发挥自身的功能。
