In different ways of acute exposure and chronic exposure to organophosphorus pesticides, the change of blood cholinesterase activity showed different regular characteristics. This article describes the blood cholinesterase activity monitoring as an alternative biomarker to reflect the impact of acute exposure to organophosphorus pesticides on the cholinergic nerve tissue toxicity and its clinical application of clinical value; analysis of blood cholinesterase activity The measured values were affected by time-related factors such as time course of exposure, monitoring period, phase of disease course and regeneration stage of enzymatic activity. In addition, when chronic low-dose organophosphorus pesticides exposed to cholinergic neurotoxicity were tolerated, Cholinesterase activity characteristics and its derived problems, as well as occupational health monitoring practices in the application of precautions.
