Jinan Bureau of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries in light of the actual local conditions, conscientiously implement the State Council promulgated the “Plant Quarantine Regulations” to promote the city’s plant quarantine work. (A) The leadership attaches importance to effectively the quarantine work as a major event to grasp. In the past, many comrades considered “phytosanitary matters are irrelevant and dispensable.” In response to this idea, they first raise public awareness of the importance of doing phytosanitary work by vigorously publicizing and implementing the “Phytosanitary Regulations” and the relevant documents at higher levels.
