目的研究原花青素对小鼠耐力和血中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的影响,进而探讨原花青素的抗衰老作用机制。方法取小鼠随机分为原花青素大、小剂量组和对照组,然后行小鼠游泳耐疲劳、常压耐缺氧实验,测定并比较原花青素组与对照组血清MDA含量和SOD的活性。结果原花青素可以延长小鼠力竭游泳时间,提高抗疲劳能力;延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间,提高抗耐缺氧能力;同时使血清SOD活力明显升高、MDA含量明显降低,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论原花青素具有良好的体内抗氧化作用,可以延缓衰老。
Objective To study the effects of proanthocyanidins on the endurance and blood levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in mice and to explore the anti-aging mechanism of proanthocyanidins. Methods The mice were randomly divided into large and small proanthocyanidin groups and control group. The swimming mice were subjected to swimming fatigue and atmospheric hypoxia tolerance test. The levels of serum MDA and the activity of SOD in proanthocyanidins and control groups were determined and compared. Results Proanthocyanidins could prolong exhaustion swimming time and improve anti-fatigue ability of mice; prolong the time of hypoxia-tolerance of hypoxia in mice and increase the ability of resisting hypoxia; at the same time, the activity of SOD in serum and the content of MDA in serum were obviously decreased, Compared with the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Proanthocyanidins have a good antioxidant activity in vivo, can delay aging.
