藻酸双酯钠(PSS),又名破栓开塞、多糖硫酸酯。由海洋生物提取,有类肝素样生理活性。可降低血浆中胆固醇、甘油三酯、LDL、VLDL水平及升高HDL水平,具有降低血浆粘度、扩张血管、改善微循环等作用。近年来临床应用广泛,用于治疗缺血性心脑血管疾病、高血粘度、高血脂等,均获得较好疗效。但也出现一些不良反应,在使用中应引起重视。现将PSS引起胃出血一例报告如下:
Alginate diester sodium (PSS), also known as broken Cypriot plug, polysaccharide sulfate. Extracted from marine organisms, have heparin-like physiological activity. Can reduce plasma cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL, VLDL levels and increased HDL levels, with lower plasma viscosity, dilate blood vessels, improve microcirculation and so on. In recent years, a wide range of clinical applications for the treatment of ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, high blood viscosity, high blood lipids, etc., have achieved good results.
