经济管理对于医院来说,起着至关重要的推动作用,因此医院方面应当对其引起足够的重视,转变经济管理的理念,大力强化财务方面的管理,不断提升医疗的水平和服务的质量,从而推进医院的整体发展,树立起良好的医院形象。本文主要针对现代医院财务管理模式进行了探索,提出了几点适应现代发展的创新观念,以改革和创新医院的财务管理模式。
Therefore, the hospital should pay enough attention to it, change the concept of economic management, vigorously strengthen the financial management, and continuously improve the quality of medical care and service, So as to promote the overall development of the hospital and establish a good hospital image. This article mainly probes into the modern hospital financial management mode, puts forward some innovative ideas to adapt to the modern development, in order to reform and innovate the hospital’s financial management mode.
