近几年来,随着一批老教师的退休,大批青年教师踏入中学校门。以我校为例,五年来共有23名从华南师范大学、广州大学等高校毕业的师范生从大学走向中学,40岁以下的青年教师占教师总人数50%以上。青年教师比例高是件好事。他们学历层次较高,思想活跃,给学校带来了新的活力和新的希望,但是,如何把一批批的青年教师培养成为思想水平高业务能力强的优秀教师,成为教学骨干,这是一个亟待解决的问题。
In recent years, with the retirement of a group of old teachers, a large number of young teachers have entered the middle school gates. Take our university as an example. In the past five years, a total of 23 normal students graduated from colleges and universities in South China Normal University and Guangzhou University have moved from university to middle school. Young teachers under 40 account for over 50% of the total number of teachers. The high proportion of young teachers is a good thing. They have a high level of academic qualifications and are active in thinking. They bring new vitality and new hope to the school.
