近年来,汽车技术快速发展,人们对汽车提出了更高的要求,同时各大乘用车厂投入更多的精力致力于解决整车NVH问题。此文章介绍了某车型在高速路况下,驾驶室产生“呜呜”噪声,从虚拟仿真分析、噪声频率采集及零部件分析等方面确定控制臂结构为产生噪声的原因,此噪声为风噪。同时针对噪声,制定了解决措施,通过对更改前后车内噪声主观评估,采取的措施有效降低了在高速路况下噪声问题,为后续车型开发提供了噪声解决思路。
In recent years, the rapid development of automotive technology, people put forward higher demands on the car, while the major passenger car manufacturers devoted more efforts to solve the vehicle NVH problems. This article describes the “hum” noise produced by the cab in a vehicle under high speed conditions. The reason that the structure of the control arm is to generate noise is determined from the aspects of virtual simulation analysis, noise frequency acquisition and component analysis. The noise is wind noise. At the same time, aiming at the noise, a solution is put forward. Through the subjective assessment of the noise in the vehicle before and after the change, the measures adopted effectively reduce the noise problem under the high-speed road conditions and provide a noise solution for the subsequent vehicle development.
