巯甲丙脯酸现已广泛应用于心血管疾病的治疗,但其副作用也日益被人们所重视。口服巯甲丙脯酸引起不良反应多为低血压、蛋白尿、白细胞减少、皮疹、高血钾及胃肠道症状。引起刺激性干咳国内报告尚少。现将我院遇型的1例报道如下。患者,女,62岁,因劳力性心悸、气短10年,加重伴不能平卧10天收入我院。既往有慢性胆囊炎、胆石疗。体检:脉搏120次/min,血压14.7/10.7kPa。神清,端坐呼吸,五官无异常。颈静脉充盈,双肺叩清,两下肺可闻及少量水泡音。心界
Captopril is now widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular disease, but its side effects are also increasingly being valued.
