本文结合Z高校收费管理的实例,分析并指出其在收费管理中存在的收费管理力度不强、收费方式存在不足、收费内审工作配合不到位、收费系统数据不准确、收费收据传递不科学、手工收费票据填写不规范等问题。提出了要建立一套完整的收费管理体系;完善收费管理系统;加强校银合作,积极创新收费方式等对策。本文的研究对完善Z高校的收费管理有着现实意义,同时对其他同类高校的收费管理也具有实践性意义。
Based on the example of charging management in Z colleges and universities, this paper analyzes and points out that the management of charging in fee management is not strong, the charging methods are not enough, the internal auditing work is inadequate, the charging system data is not accurate, Manually charged bills fill irregularities and other issues. Proposed to establish a complete set of fee management system; improve fee management system; strengthen school-silver cooperation, and actively innovate charging methods and other countermeasures. The research in this paper is of great significance in improving the charging management in Z colleges and universities and also has practical significance to the management of fees in other universities.
