中国海外集团有限公司的前身是中国建筑工程总公司在香港注册成立的独立经营子公司——中国海外建筑工程有限公司。公司本着“服务社会、繁荣香港”的经营宗旨,在香港市场奋力开拓,经营规模、经营领域不断扩大,业务发展蒸蒸日上。1992年易名为中国海外集团有限公司,现有员工1500多名,已承接各类建筑工程222项,合约总额超过193亿港元;参与发展房地产68项,总投资超过105亿港元,资产总值超过76亿港元,年营业额超过38亿港元,连续9年盈利。近几年来,随着业务的拓展和经营管理水平的提高,公司利润大幅度增长,1989年盈利0.53亿港元,1990年为1.45亿港元,
The predecessor of China Overseas Group Co., Ltd. is China Overseas Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., an independent subsidiary of China Construction Engineering Corporation incorporated in Hong Kong. In line with the business principle of “serving the society and prospering Hong Kong”, the company strives to expand in the Hong Kong market, expanding its business scale and business areas, and thriving business development. In 1992, it was renamed as China Overseas Group Co., Ltd. With more than 1,500 employees, it has undertaken 222 various types of construction projects with a total contract value of more than HK$19.3 billion. It has participated in the development of 68 real estate projects with a total investment of over 10.5 billion HKD.
