利用BAU-1型红外线测温仪测定不同小麦品种(系)不同年份的冠层温度并测定具有代表性品种(系)的叶片输出功能期、高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基累积和麦谷蛋白大聚合体(LMP)的含量、叶面积和干重,比较其关系,初步确定了我省春小麦温型划分标准。通过两年的试验结果,将晚熟组的对照品种新克旱9号划为冷型小麦,把中熟组的对照品种垦红14划为暖型小麦,这就为我们从生理育种上育成优良的品种提供了更好的参考依据。
The canopy temperature of different wheat varieties (lines) was measured by BAU-1 infrared thermometer and the leaf functional period of representative varieties (lines) was determined. The accumulation of high molecular weight glutenin subunits and large glutenin aggregates (LMP) content, leaf area and dry weight, compared with the relationship between the initial determination of our province spring wheat warm type division criteria. Through two years of test results, the late maturing group of the new variety Xinkan 9 is classified as cold-type wheat, the medium-maturing group Ken Hung 14 classified as warm type of wheat, which we bred from physiological breeding fine The variety provides a better reference.
