目的 :探讨川芎嗪对脑缺血再灌注损伤后局灶区白细胞与内皮细胞黏附性变化的影响。方法 :通过免疫荧光标记技术和显微超高速录像系统 ,观察脑缺血再灌注及应用川芎嗪后模型大鼠脑局灶区白细胞黏附性的变化。结果 :缺血再灌注损伤脑局灶区微动脉白细胞附壁指数升高 ,白细胞与内皮细胞间断裂应力降低 ,黏附力显著增强 ;应用川芎嗪后附壁密度指数及黏附力显著下降 ,断裂应力增高。结论 :川芎嗪可显著减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤后内皮细胞与白细胞的黏附。
Objective :To explore the effects of tetramethylpyrazine on the changes of leukocyte and endothelial cell adhesion in focal region after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. METHODS: The changes of leukocyte adhesion in focal brain regions of rats after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion and in the application of tetramethylpyrazine were observed by immunofluorescence labeling technique and micro-ultrasonic video system. RESULTS: The leukocyte adhesion index of the microarteries in the focal cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury was increased, the fracture stress between leukocytes and endothelial cells was decreased, and the adhesive force was significantly increased. The application of tetramethylpyrazine significantly decreased the attachment density index and adhesive force, and the fracture stress. Increased. Conclusion: Tetramethylpyrazine can significantly reduce the adhesion of endothelial cells and white blood cells after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
