在税收财务物价大检查中,查出武汉市某区建筑工程公司出纳员熊针丽,贪污挪用公款102638元的问题(已判有期徒刑十二年)。熊某为何如此贪脏枉法?!检查中发现,在贪污案背后,有着滋生贪污案的温床,即财务管理混乱。仅1989年度该公司违纪金额高达481.26万元。现列举一些事例,以引起人们警觉、重视、督处。——作假帐,三扯四拉。该公司有八个二级单位。其中的二工区元月17日买鲜鱼15000元,以购材料为名在“材料保管费”中列支;12月28日,以购夹板名义用转帐支票付给某单位8100元,经查证其中有5000元是买鸡蛋,3100元现金被提走。某油漆队9月7日用转帐支票买苹果2250斤计侨2625元;12月16日购食油720斤计价1872元,都是用假验收单以“石花”、“色油”的名义记入“主要材料”帐。
