市场经济埋藏着战争的祸根,现代高技术局部战争有着明显的市场经济烙印。一个地区经济平衡并持续发展,战争将受到抑制;经济发展一旦失衡,矛盾冲突必然演变为战争。然而,战争在规模和技术手段上同时取决于地区共同市场乃至世界市场的发展。
Market economy buried the curse of war, the modern high-tech local wars have obvious market economy mark. If a regional economy is balanced and sustained development, the war will be suppressed. Once the economic development is unbalanced, the contradictions and conflicts inevitably evolve into wars. However, the scale and technical means of war depend on both the development of the regional common market and the world market.
