3月28日,《湖北日报》头版醒目位置报道了石首市一家企业重奖高力勇两室一厅住房的消息。高力勇是该市正源纺纱有限责任公司保全班区一名青年工人。此项重奖令人拍手叫好!这项重奖好在所奖的对象。近年来,一些地方和企业在实行重奖时,往往顾及了企业干部和科研人员这一面,却忽视了作为我们这个社会及企业主体的广大职工这一面,由此在职工中造成了一些不必要的误解。而正源公司却不是这样。既然高力勇进厂7年来,天天一心扑在生产上,年年被评为厂、局级先进生产者,那么就该像重奖有功的企业家和科学家一样,重重地奖赏这位职工。这既是对其功绩的一种肯定,也是对正源公司真心实意依靠职工办企业的一种证明。这种真心实意,不是挂在嘴上的口号和贴在墙上的
