职业价值观对个体职业选择与人生规划起着重要作用。少数民族青少年的就业,关系到少数民族地区的稳定和发展。本文通过对新疆少数民族青少年职业价值观的调查研究,分析少数民族青少年职业价值观的现状,总结存在的问题和影响因素,有针对性地提出培养正确职业价值观的建议。对于激发新疆少数民族青少年科学合理的进行职业规划,确定人生发展目标,扩大民族适龄人员就业,为少数民族青少年就业提供有针对性的改进意见。
Occupational values play an important role in individual career choice and life planning. The employment of ethnic minorities is related to the stability and development of ethnic minority areas. Based on the investigation and study of the professional values of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang, this paper analyzes the status quo of the minorities’ professional values, summarizes the existing problems and influencing factors, and puts forward some proposals to cultivate the correct professional values. It is necessary to inspire the ethnic minorities in Xinjiang to carry out career planning in a scientific and rational manner, determine the development goals for their life, expand the employment of ethnic minority members of the nationality and provide targeted suggestions for the improvement of employment for ethnic minorities.
