视网膜分枝静脉阻塞 (BRVO)在临床上较常见 ,发病率在眼底疾病中仅次于糖尿病性视网膜病变 ,占第二位。目前对其发病机制、危险因素、分类方法等有不同看法。近年来 ,随着临床基础医学的迅速发展 ,人们对其病因和发病机制有了较深刻的理解 ,对其治疗提出了一些新观点 ,出现了激光视网膜脉络膜静脉吻合术和动静脉交叉鞘膜切开术两种新的治疗方法 ,作者通过复习文献 ,重点介绍了这两种新的治疗方法。
