对36例有明确围产期缺氧史的新生儿在生后2周内进行脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检测,其中窒息13例,缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)23例,10例足月正常新生儿为对照。结果BAEP异常20例(55.56%),表现为Ⅲ、Ⅴ波增伏期及Ⅰ~Ⅲ波间期延长,与对照组差异显著,更重者波脱失或无正常波引出。HIE组异常发生率及异常程度均重于窒息组。在生后1周内检测的17例中.与颅脑B超,新生儿神经行为评分(NBNA)作了对照,异常符合率分别为91.67%,58.33%。12例BAEP异常的小儿中25%远期智能发育不良。提示BAEP检查可作为围产期缺氧性脑损伤严重广泛程度及估价预后的指标之一。
Thirty-six neonates with a history of definite perinatal hypoxia were examined for brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) within 2 weeks after birth, of which 13 were asphyxiated, 23 were hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), 10 were asphyxia Full-term normal newborn as a control. Results The abnormalities of BAEP were found in 20 cases (55.56%) with Ⅲ, Ⅴ wave phase and Ⅰ - Ⅲ wave interval prolongation. There was significant difference between the two groups. HIE group, the incidence of abnormalities and abnormalities were heavier than the asphyxia group. Among the 17 cases detected within 1 week after birth, they were compared with those of brain ultrasonography and neonatal neurobehavioral score (NBNA). The abnormal coincidence rates were 91.67% and 58.33% respectively. Twelve cases of abnormal BAEP in children 25% of long-term intelligent dysplasia. Tip BAEP examination can be used as perinatal hypoxic brain injury severity and evaluation of one of the indicators of prognosis.
