目的研究大红袍(RCH)的化学成分。方法利用重结晶、硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术对大红袍60%乙醇提取物进行分离并纯化得到化合物,采用现代波谱技术阐明化合物结构。结果分离得到9个化合物,其中,1个新化合物1的结构根据波谱解析结果予以确定并命名为红花岩黄芪香豆雌酚Ⅰ(1),而8个已知化合物则分别鉴定为异槲皮酚(isotrifoliol,2)、红花岩黄芪香豆雌酚B(3)、伞形花内酯(4)、香豌豆酚(5)、槲皮素(6)、(+)儿茶素(7)、山奈酚(8)和二氢山奈酚(9)。结论化合物1为新化合物,化合物3~5首次从该植物中分离得到。抗H5N1病毒细胞活性筛选结果显示,化合物5在50.0μg/ml水平对H5N1有一定的抑制活性。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Dahongpao (RCH). Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by recrystallization, silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and other chromatographic techniques. The structures of the compounds were elucidated by modern spectroscopy. Results Nine compounds were isolated. Among them, the structure of one new compound 1 was identified according to the spectral analysis and named as safflower rock Astragalus and diethylstilbestrol Ⅰ (1), while eight known compounds were identified as isozyme (3), Umbelliferae (4), sweet pea phenol (5), quercetin (6), (+) catechin (7), kaempferol (8) and dihydro kaempferol (9). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, and compounds 3 ~ 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Screening of anti-H5N1 virus cell activity showed that compound 5 had a certain inhibitory activity against H5N1 at the level of 50.0 μg / ml.
