研究了PCVD法在电工钢上沉积Si的规律及其电磁性能,探讨了处理温度对表层中Si含量影响。DW620—50电工钢经PCVD处理后磁性能得以改善,高温扩散后其铁损降低了45.2%,磁饱和强度提高了4.5%。
The regularity and electromagnetic properties of Si deposited on electrical steel by PCVD method were studied. The effect of processing temperature on the Si content in the surface layer was also discussed. The magnetic properties of DW620-50 electrical steel were improved after PCVD treatment. The iron loss of the DW620-50 electrical steel decreased by 45.2% and the magnetic saturation strength increased by 4.5% after high temperature diffusion.
