At the end of 1981, we carried out a bacteriological survey of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our county and found a case of a young female patient with positive sputum culture of tuberculosis secondary to tuberculosis. The survey found that there were three other cases of pleurisy omissions reported in the same workshop. They occurred one after another in the period from March 1979 to February 1981 and the other two cases of invasive pulmonary tuberculosis. One patient entered the factory after its onset in 1977 and one was newly discovered during the investigation. six
