太钢从1973年开始研究开发不锈钢氩氧精炼工艺,在3 t 和6 t 半工业性氩氧炉试验基础上,于1983、1987年相继设计、建成1号、2号18t 工业性氩氧炉,采用二吹一生产安排,年生产能力已达到6~7万吨水平。近年来,采用以氮代氩吹炼工艺,对0Cr19gN119钢实施控氮节镍措施,开展提高炉龄的攻关活动,进一步稳定生产工艺、提高质量、降低消耗,取得了明显的经济效益。1983年9月~1989年6月累计生产Cr-Ni不锈钢24.5万吨,比电炉钢成本降低1.18亿元,相当_f原投资的14.75倍。同时,以高碳铬铁代替徽碳铬铁,节电1.25亿度,社会经济效益亦十分显著。
Since 1973, TISCO has been researching and developing the stainless steel argon oxygen refining process. From September 1983 to June 1989, a total of 245,000 tons of Cr-Ni stainless steel were produced, a reduction of 118 million yuan over the cost of electric furnace steel, equivalent to 14.75 times of the original investment. At the same time, high carbon ferrochrome instead of carbon ferrochrome, saving 125 million degrees, social and economic benefits are also very significant.
