天然地基均具备一定的承载力,若设计的基础应力大于天然地基的承载力,怎样可以充分发挥天然地基的承载能力,并使大于天然地基承载力的部分选择桩基承担,充分发挥土的承载力。本文通过工程实例对高层建筑刚性桩复合地基的设计及应用进行较为详细的阐述,主要包括复合地基的计算、设计的思路、理论计算及实际结果间的对比分析。期望为实际工程提供借鉴。
If the basic design stress is greater than the bearing capacity of natural foundation, how can we give full play to the bearing capacity of natural foundation, and make part of the choice of pile foundation bearing capacity of natural foundation to take full advantage of the bearing capacity of soil force. In this paper, the design and application of rigid-pile composite foundation in high-rise building are described in detail through engineering examples, including the calculation of composite foundation, design ideas, theoretical calculations and comparative analysis of actual results. Expect to provide reference for practical projects.
