中心钻是工厂常用的刀具,其铲磨质量的好坏直接影响刀具的使用寿命和加工精度。我单位40发动机曲轴打两端中心孔带锪端面是采用两种较大的成形中心钻。另件是调质锻件,端面极不平,对中心钻有较高的技术要求,特别是两刃的对称摆差不得大于0.05毫米。原来我们采用一个专用夹具修磨,由于夹具设计和制造达不到技术要求,铲磨后的两刃摆差很大,一般在0.2~0.6毫米,大大超过刃磨的技术要求;加工当中打刃现象特别严重,造成刀具供不应求;其中心钻的价值较高,给国家造成很大的浪费。而且加工出来的中心孔精度低,直接影响曲轴的加工质量。原夹具的缺点是:1)装夹刀具不能保证其同心度,2)其
