【目的】通过加权的合著网络关系研究,发现、分析和评价某一机构或学科领域的科研团队情况。【方法】利用合著次数、合著人数、作者排名、被引频次等要素构建一种综合性的合著网络加权模型,并借助社会网络分析方法进行科研团队发现和评价的实证研究。【结果】利用该模型发现的虚拟科研团队和评价结果与实际科研团队的调研结果相符。且该方法能够综合多种影响因素,客观评价科研团队的结构组成和影响力情况。【局限】为确保得到现实中科研团队的详细情况以验证该模型的研究结论,选择笔者所在的科研机构作为评价对象,使得实证研究的范围较小;且数据类型覆盖面存在局限性。【结论】该方法适用于某一范围内科研团队发现、结构关系分析及建设情况评价,有助于快速熟悉团队,为团队的发展完善提供依据。
[Objective] To discover, analyze and evaluate the research team in an institution or discipline through weighted co-author network relations. 【Method】 A comprehensive co-author network weighting model was constructed based on the number of co-authored, co-authored authors, rankings of authors and cited secondary factors. An empirical research on the discovery and evaluation of scientific research teams was conducted by means of social network analysis. [Results] The virtual research team and the evaluation results found by this model are consistent with the findings of the actual research team. In addition, the method can comprehensively evaluate various factors and objectively evaluate the structure and influence of the research team. [Limitations] In order to ensure that the actual research team in detail to verify the conclusions of the model, select the author’s research institutes as the evaluation object, making the scope of empirical research is small; and the data type coverage limitations. 【Conclusion】 The method is suitable for the discovery of scientific research team in a certain range, structural relationship analysis and evaluation of construction situation, which helps to get acquainted with the team quickly and provides the basis for the development of the team.
