Toluene is one of the most commonly used solvents in the industry. Some scholars have reported that with the abuse of toluene and accidental exposure, some acute neurological symptoms such as loss of orientation, tremors, mood swings, tinnitus, diplopia, hallucinations, dysarthria, ataxia, convulsions, and coma can occur. Long-term exposure to toluene can also cause some chronic symptoms such as impaired vision, impaired sensory function, impaired memory and speech ability. Others have found that workers exposed to toluene have weakened vestibular responses and altered visual evoked responses. Toluene on the central nervous system toxic effects of the pathophysiology is not yet clear. It has been confirmed that observing the vestibular eye movements and the visual system helps to study the acute effects of toluene on the central nervous system. The authors were exposed to toluene in two groups of pigmented rats. A group of 15 rats were exposed for 7 days per week
