平菇是我省栽培的主要食用菌之一,近几年发展迅速,但由于生产中所用的品种混乱,产量品质差异悬殊。为了筛选适宜本地区气候条件的优良菌株,我们从1992~1994年对12个平菇菌株进行了对比试验,本文报告这一试验结果。 一、材料和方法 (一)供试菌株 平菇PL9033、PL9111、PL9039和PL9201是我院驯化选育成的4个新菌株;美味侧耳、F_3、C(_30)、糙皮侧耳、常州2号、青平4号、佛91和双耐引自山东省食用菌菌种场。
Pleurotus ostreatus is one of the main edible fungi cultivated in our province, which has developed rapidly in recent years. However, due to the chaos of varieties used in the production, the yield and quality are very different. In order to screen the best strains suitable for climatic conditions in this area, we compared 12 strains of Pleurotus ostreatus from 1992 to 1994, and the results of this experiment are reported in this paper. First, materials and methods (a) for the test strains of Pleurotus ostreatus PL9033, PL9111, PL9039 and PL9201 is our hospital domestication breeding four new strains; delicious side ear, F_3, C (_30) Qingping 4, Buddha 91 and Shuangyin cited from Shandong province edible fungus species field.
