党的十一届三中全会的春风,吹绿了武川县大青山公社的荒山秃岭。为了改变家乡恶劣的自然面貌,这里的人民大力营造落叶松、油松和樟子松,取得了可喜的成绩。他们把发展“三松”生产当作由穷变富的根本措施,每人平均有一亩多,全公社“三松”保存面积近万亩,记下了山老区人民绿化祖国的功绩,同时也显示了武川县大青山区开创新局面的巨大潜力。这个公社在较短的时问内使“三松”迅速发展起来,有不少先进的经验值得我们总结并加以介绍推广。
The spring breeze of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party blew the bald hills of the hills in Daqingshan commune in Wuchuan County. In order to change the harsh natural landscape of their hometown, the people here made great efforts to create larch, pine and pinus sylvestris and made gratifying achievements. They took the development of “three-pine” production as the fundamental measure of getting rich from poverty to prosperity, with an average of more than one acre per person and a total area of nearly 10,000 mu held by the entire commune of “three pine trees”. They recorded the achievements of the people of shanxi district in greening the motherland and also showed Daqingshan District, Wuchuan County, creating a huge potential for a new situation. In a relatively short period of time, this commune made Sansong quickly develop. There are quite a few advanced experiences worthy of our conclusion and introduction.
