2008年对于我国应急通信来说,是不平凡的一年,总体来说机遇大于挑战。低温冰冻灾害、5.12汶川大地震促使社会各界对应急通信更加重视。
2008 is an extraordinary year for emergency communications in our country. On the whole, opportunities outweigh the challenges. Low-temperature freezing disaster, 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake prompted all sectors of society pay more attention to emergency communications.
