通过57例眶底骨折术中所见而判定的骨折部位,探讨了眼球运动障碍方向和骨折部位的关系。根据检查所见以及Hess屏的红绿试验结果,分为以上转障碍为主,以下转障碍为主,上下转障碍均有的三个病例组。根据术中所见,将骨折部位分为三类:(1)自眶下沟至眶下缘附近的较浅部位的骨折;(2)以眶下沟为中心的大的骨折;(3)从眶下沟前端向后的较深部位的骨折。
Through the 57 cases of orbital floor fracture seen in the judgment of the fracture site to explore the direction of eye movement and fracture site.
