目的:探究全程健康教育模式在糖尿病患者护理管理中的应用价值。方法:选取2015年浙江省台州市立医院收治的糖尿病患者646例,随机均分为观察组和对照组两组,每组有患者323例。对照组患者给予常规健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上给予全程健康教育。监测两组患者空腹血糖值,进行疗效评定;通过问卷调查的形式,统计两组患者糖尿病知识知晓率和护理满意度,并进行比较。结果:观察组患者的治疗效果、糖尿病知识知晓率和护理满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全程健康教育模式应用于糖尿病患者护理管理,能显著改善患者的治疗效果,提高患者糖尿病知识知晓率和护理满意度,效果显著。
Objective: To explore the value of full health education in the management of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 646 diabetic patients admitted to Taizhou City Hospital in Zhejiang Province in 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 323 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine health education, while those in the observation group were given full health education on the basis of the control group. The fasting blood glucose level in both groups was monitored to evaluate the curative effect. Through the questionnaire, the knowledge of diabetes and nursing satisfaction were calculated and compared between the two groups. Results: The therapeutic effect, awareness of diabetes and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The full health education mode is applied to the management of patients with diabetes mellitus, which can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients and improve the awareness rate of patients with diabetes and nursing satisfaction, the effect is remarkable.
