新疆八一农学院农业经济系于三月十三日邀请自治区有关单位经济理论工作者和教学工作者举行了巩固和发展人民公社集体经济学术讨论会.会议宣读了五篇论文.会议就农业集体化的必要性,集体经济的优越性,我国农业集体化的具体道路,集体经济的基本标志,农民的生产积极性,以及社员家庭付业的性质等问题进行了讨论,并对进一步巩固和发展人民公社集体经济提出意见.
