用大骨节病区低硒粮和加硒粮喂养大鼠60天,观察到低硒组大鼠心、肝溶酶体组织蛋白酶D活性高于加硒组,该酶活性与血硒含量呈非常显著的负相关关系,提示酶活性的增高可能与低硒导致溶酶体膜稳定性遭到破坏有关。
