采用小杯法溶出继以ＨＰＬＣ法检测，建立了甲磺酸培高利特片的溶出度测定方法，平均回收率为９９．７８％，ＲＳＤ为１．６２％。
The dissolution rate of pergolide mesylate tablets was determined by HPLC. The average recovery was 99.78% and the RSD was 1.62%.
