报告鼻窥镜下行各种手术２４３ 例，其中有５ 例少见病例：４ 岁患者急性鼻窦炎１ 例，鼻腔血管型骨瘤１ 例，５ 岁患者顽固性鼻出血１ 例，眼科泪囊炎行泪囊吻合术复发再行鼻窥镜鼻腔泪囊造口术１ 例，鼻窥镜术后并发眼睑丹毒１ 例。对不同的症状体征和诊治情况等进行讨论。认为鼻窥镜可发现和处理过去常规不易解决的病变，同时认为对鼻窥镜术后的抗炎对症等治疗措施不能低估，以防并发症的发生。
Reported 243 cases of rhinoscopy underwent a variety of operations, of which 5 cases rare cases: 4-year-old patients with acute sinusitis in 1 case, nasal vasculature in 1 case of osteotomy, 5-year-old patients with refractory epistaxis in 1 case, 1 case of lacrimal sac recurrence and nasal lacrimal sac ostomy under nasal lacrimal sac and 1 case of eyelid erysipelas after rhinoscopy. Different symptoms and signs and diagnosis and treatment are discussed. That endoscopic rhinoscopy can find and handle the past difficult to solve the conventional lesions, and that the anti-inflammatory symptomatic treatment of rhinoscopy and other treatment measures can not be underestimated to prevent the occurrence of complications.
